Shipping policy
All orders will be processed and shipped from our Melbourne warehouse within 2-3 business day following your order and tracking will be provided via email.
We will send an email to let you know when your order is on its way and we can be reached at hello@loophome.com.au if you have any additional queries.
Australia
Free regular post for orders over A$200. Orders under this amount will incur a flat A$15 shipping fee - 6-10 business days
New Zealand
Free shipping for orders over NZ$220. Orders under this amount will incur a flat NZ$25 shipping fee - 6-10 business days
International Shipping ex New Zealand
Shipping costs for international orders are as follows and are based off of the weight of the package:
- A$50 for parcels 0-2kg
- A$75 for parcels 2-5kg
- A$100 for parcels 5-7kg
Please allow 10-15 business days for international orders to arrive.
